TripAdvisor Business Listing

Exclusive Discount:

We’re excited to announce an exclusive 25% discount for NightsBridge clients on a TripAdvisor Business Listing. The promo code to qualify for the discount on a new Business Listing is available from now till the end of December 2011. If you already have a Business Listing and want to renew it during this period, the discount also applies.

What is a Business Listing?

Any B&B or Guest House can sign up for a free account to respond to guest reviews, update business details and enhance the listing with great photos.

The Business Listing product, however, allows you to:

  • Put your own web address, email address and telephone number on your TripAdvisor page;
  • Create Special Offers to increase your visibility;
  • Show your direct contact details on the TripAdvisor mobile site and app.

For more info on upgrading go to

NB: If you type in the Promo Code: NB2011 — the online form will show you the discounted price according to the number of rooms in your establishment and the area you’re based in.

Why is this exciting?

TripAdvisor is the world’s largest travel website with more than 50 million unique visitors a month.  South Africa, for instance,  now has on average about 2 million page views per month.

After hearing about a specific B&B, Guest House or Hotel they might like to visit, people head over to TripAdvisor to get some additional opinions to make their decision on where to stay. Or, they look at TripAdvisor when they know where they want to go, but don’t know where to stay.

To enable these visitors to contact you directly, generates high quality leads. The direct contact details on the TripAdvisor mobile app and site are especially important as the use of mobile phones to check travel information gets more and more popular.

    This is a great opportunity at a reduced price. We have benefited from favorable reviews on TripAdvisor for the pats 3 years or more. Prospective guests value the independent reputation of these reviews when making holiday booking decisions.

      We also think it’s a great opportunity! In addition, we’re busy investigating ways of making it easier to collect the reviews. Hope to have some news on that soon!

    We use
    for our self catering cottage in Knysna. Hope they will also offer reduced fees. How about it ? They are the arm for Tripadvisor for self catering properties. I personally rate Tripadvisor and use them for every holiday we take. Now I use Flipkey as well.

      We’ll ask about the policy for self catering cottages on TripAdvisor.

    Tripadvisor has been by far the best feedback for us and for prospective guests and good reviews always lead to more bookings

    This special offer is a great opportunity for a valuable marketing platform

    It has always been utilised by visitors to South Africa and has now also become a reference for local travellers
    We would love to know how to encourage guests to follow through on reviews which are often offered on departure but do not materialise

      Hi George. We’re investigating the best way to assist you in automating the review request process via TripAdvisor. We hope to have a solution soon.
